The National Charter for church youth workers is a set of seven promises churches and organisations make about the practices and principles we will use in employing a youth worker.

Our accreditation letter states that 'By becoming accredited you have shown that you take
seriously the responsibility of employing a youth worker and that you are
approaching them with integrity and the intention to be the best employer
possible. It also says something about the values and ethos of your church'.

The seven promises are:

We will pray and support

We will give space for retreat and reflection

We will provide ongoing training and development

We will give a full day of rest each week

We will share responsibility

We will strive to be an ecellent employer

We will celebrate and appreciate
